Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Solo Classe, we take pride in crafting timeless, elegant gloves from the finest Italian leather. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns
- Returns are eligible within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Gloves must be unworn and in good condition to qualify for a refund.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. (This fee does not apply to exchanges.)
- Please note that we do not accept returns on custom items.
To initiate a return:
- Include your original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return in the package.
- Ship the gloves to:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your gloves for another size, style, or color, we’ll happily accommodate your request without a restocking fee. Please follow the same steps as a return, indicating the item you’d like in exchange.
